Looks like coal is making a comeback. Coal To Liquid," or CTL, may well be the next big thing in the fuel market. Its actually cleaner than gasoline, costs less (produced for something around $45 a barrel,) and we have enough here in America for the next century.
I came across this on the Free State Wyoming (FSW) forums. Apparently a demonstration plant is being built in Denver and there are already contracts in place to build more, with one of those being in Wyoming.
