Right To Petition Lawsuit Pushes Forward

We The People's class action lawsuit is to be filed on the 19th. This will be done after a meeting in D.C. at the National Press Club where the FedGov has yet another chance to answer the questions of The People. President Bush, Senator Kerry, Treasury Secretary Snow, Attorney General Ashcroft and IRS Commissioner Everson have been invited to send representatives to answer these questions regarding our Petition for Redress of Grievance (1st Amendment) After this meeting WTP will go to the Supreme Court "where we will file a motion against the United States, IRS and the DOJ, to enjoin and prohibit them from taking any further enforcement or tax collection actions against you and every other American who has decided NOT to turn over any of their salaries and wages to the government, pending the government's response to the Petition"
